STATUSBOOST LICENSE AGREEMENT Copyright (c) 2026 Exeltech. All rights reserved. Read this agreement before installing StatusBoost. By installing or using StatusBoost you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not install or use StatusBoost. 1. Exeltech customers only, free of charge StatusBoost is for Exeltech's customers: the owners and operators of Exeltech power systems, and those who install or service those systems for them. If you are one of them, Exeltech grants you a non-exclusive license, at no cost, to install and use StatusBoost on any number of your computers to monitor and configure those Exeltech power systems. If you are not an Exeltech customer, this agreement grants you no right to use StatusBoost. 2. Copying and distribution You may copy StatusBoost and its installer for use by you and your organization. You may not sell, rent, lease or distribute it to anyone else, or charge for it. Others can download it from Exeltech. 3. Restrictions You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble StatusBoost, except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction. You may not remove or change its copyright notices or this agreement. 4. Ownership StatusBoost is licensed, not sold. Exeltech keeps all rights in StatusBoost that this agreement does not expressly grant you. 5. Privacy Exeltech does not collect any information through StatusBoost. StatusBoost sends nothing about you, your computer, your systems or how you use it to Exeltech or anyone else. It has no analytics, no telemetry, no update checks and no user accounts. StatusBoost communicates only with the Exeltech systems on your network. It searches the local network for them (UDP port 6006), reads and configures them (Modbus TCP port 502), and changes their network settings in Network Feature Setup (SNMP, UDP port 161). What it reads stays on your computer, and it stores its settings only on your computer, in "%APPDATA%\StatusBoost.NET". Help > User Guide copies the user guide, which is built into StatusBoost, to a temporary file and opens it in your PDF viewer. The links in its Help menu and About box open Exeltech's website in your browser, and only when you click them. 6. Changes to your systems StatusBoost can change the configuration and network settings of the Exeltech systems it connects to. You are responsible for the changes you make with it, and for checking afterwards that each system works as intended. 7. No warranty StatusBoost is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Exeltech does not warrant that StatusBoost is free of errors or that it will run without interruption. 8. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Exeltech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from the use of StatusBoost or the inability to use it, even if Exeltech was told such damages were possible. In no event is Exeltech liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the use of StatusBoost. 9. Termination This license ends automatically if you do not comply with it. When it ends, you must stop using StatusBoost and uninstall it. 10. Third-party software StatusBoost includes the following software from others. Each part is licensed to you under its own license, not under this agreement, and nothing in this agreement limits your rights under those licenses. - The .NET 10 runtime and Windows Forms, by Microsoft and the .NET Foundation, under the MIT License. https://dotnet.microsoft.com - SharpSnmpLib 12.5.7 (Lextm.SharpSnmpLib), under the MIT License. https://github.com/lextudio/sharpsnmplib The MIT License's text is at https://opensource.org/license/mit. 11.
